When sienna started nursery I was a mess as my baby that I carried and then looked after for a whole year was getting looked after by someone else. Will she nap, will she eat, hope they clean her nappy etc. were amazing and she's learnt and grown so much. Thank you 🩵
Now that same little girl is going school soon and yes I'll be a mess again. Same situation but different, questions now are will she make friends, will she be confident enough to go to the loo, will she have her lunch. Parent emotions are high right now lol. Im so excited and so is she but the worry is still there. Is your little one going to school soon? How do you feel ? Any one thats been through this please tell me it'll be ok 🤣

A message sent in the last groups watsapp by one of my lovely mums.
As well as bonding and creating memories with your baby I create a space that allows you to be yourself and make new mum friends that are in the same boat as you at the same time as you.
It's a place where you can laugh, cry, moan without being judged.
I loved seeing the friendships grow in this group and the support they showed eachother whether it be about baby or themselves.
They even organised a lovely evening out without their babies to worry about. How gorgeous do they look 😍.
Mum supporting mums is what I love and we need more of it ❤

How is she 4 already . My beautiful princess turned 4 last week and i say this every year but it was so emotional. I'm still feeling the emotions now as its the year she starts school. The past 6 months she's changed personality too and just seems so grown up. Why do they need to grow up. Shell always be my little baby. Shes the one that made me 'mummy' which is the best title yet, she's made me a stronger person, she was my familys strength in covid times, she's the reason Gentle Tots came about , she's is overall my mini hero 💖 to all us parents out there who get emotional at each birthday. You're not alone lol 🙈

Mum friends is what honestly gets me through all the crazy stages of motherhood. I didnt have any friends that had babies near me when I became a first time mum and it was honestly so scary and lonely.
I attended classes that were so overwhelming and I'm quite a non shy person lol. Once I started making friends it honestly was like a weight of my shoulders as I didn't feel alone. My husband and family are soooo amazing and supportive but it's so different to talking to a mum friend that is going through all those hormonal changes and emotions, good and bad.
We had a cutie roll over for the first time in class last week and not only is mum happy you can see a fellow mama is also super happy. It's so cute to see . All the mums in class were super proud and all cheered him on.
I created these classes and a group that is super relaxed and welcoming to allow mums to really get to know eachother and make friends for life as well as having that real one to one with their babies. Its the perfect class to start your baby journey on.

Gentle Tots Baby Massage Courses are made to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment in which parents can take time to tune in to their baby’s cues and signals, and to learn soothing baby massage techniques to use with their baby at home. The classes are a good opportunity for parents to network and share experiences. They also provide a chance for parents to make local friends. I love seeing parents and babies build that strong connection through the power of touch . Parents attending the baby massage course will feel supported and nurtured, and they will have the ability to create magical memories with their precious little ones.
