I love this poem by Rumi.

I always read it during my meditation courses.

During meditation we sit silently with ourselves.

The Guest House is a poem about just that.
It reminds us to welcome every emotion like a passing guest — joy, sadness, worry — without pushing them away.

In meditation, we do the same: simply sit, feel, and let each moment move through.
