This time last week, I was soaking up the most beautiful evening of connection - gathered in sacred space, co-creating an altar, sipping blue lotus tea and resting softly in candlelight.

There was something so gentle, so nourishing about simply being - held in the moment, surrounded by warmth and intention.

And it’s got me feeling extra grateful for the beautiful bond between Jude and Adélaïde.

To see them already beginning to look out for each other, to laugh together and to simply be together, fills my heart with joy.

Here’s to the siblings everywhere - the built in best friends and the life long companions. And to Jude and Adélaïde, I’ll always be in awe of the bond that you are creating.

Happy Valentine’s Day, Neil ❤️

Our love looks different now, it’s deeper in all the way that matter. It’s in shared glances across the chaos, the teamwork in the tired moments, the way we show up for our children - and for each other - even when there’s little left to give.

Becoming parents changed us, but it also strengthened us. Our love isn’t just about us anymore - it’s the safe place we’ve built for our family. Thank you for walking this path with me, for loving me in the messy, beautiful middle, and for being the steady heart of our home.

Now that I’m here in your arms, I still know your heartbeat. It’s the same one that held me before I was born. Your scent calms me. Your voice steadies me. Your love is the place I feel safest. Every cuddle, every late night, every time you think you’re not doing enough - you are everything to me.

Our Christmas Eve preparations are finished. We have a special view of the Christmas tree in the river and a fireplace in the bedroom. The perfect setting to leave a carrot for Rudolph and a mince pie for Santa. We have two very excited children here!

He’s the one who made me a mama, the one who taught me how to feel everything, how to follow my instincts, and how to love in a way that cracked my heart wide open.

Now I look at Jude and my heart swells with pride. He’s funny, sensitive and so beautifully kind. The most loving big brother. And as I watch him mature, I can’t help but feel excited for all the chapters still waiting to be written. I can’t wait to see his story unfold.

Happy Birthday to our seven-year-old.
