✨ One of the most powerful things to understand about labour
It comes in waves, not all at once.

Most contractions last around a minute, followed by a pause.
That pause is where breath returns, muscles soften, and confidence builds.

And for partners, your calm presence matters more than you realise.
You don’t need to have the answers.
You just need to stay present for the wave… and the rest in between.
You’re a team, you’ve got this!
