Staying hydrated in labour is so important, especially if you’re planning to use the birthing pool 🤍

Keeping your fluids up can help maintain your energy levels and support your body as it works hard to birth your baby.

✨ Don’t forget to empty your bladder regularly, this can actually help baby’s head to descend.
✨ Pack a water bottle in your birth bag.
✨ Ask your birth partner to gently remind you to sip little and often.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference during labour 💙
