I went with my friend Liz to another course at the wonderful Kadampa Meditation Centre, next door to the Mailbox in Birmingham.
Today was about how not to take things personally – I think this resonates with many of us.
As soon as you walk in, the energy is calm and serene and everyone is just lovely. I can thoroughly recommend their courses.

But don’t forget to be kind to yourself first. It’s not selfish, it’s self preservation. 🥰
