Fantastic Webiner today about menopause and exercise.

I am not peri or menopausal yet but I am aware it will happen at some point in the next 10 years. This has been so informative and i have useful tips to take away and apply to my classes and for my own training.

So great to see the stigma being broken down about women’s heath and women’s heath in exercise too!
