There's a reason doctors are paying attention to dance

I'm going to be starting new classes at the Mill Pool Scout Hut, 303 Lode Lane, Solihull from 12th November at 11.30. I'd love to see you there if you enjoy moving to music, meeting friendly people and want to build up your fitness!

You can do the class seated or standing, and if you've just been given the go ahead to exercise after a period away, this is a great way to ease yourself back in.
