Even though she carries it well, it doesn't mean it's not heavy. From the outside, everything looks calm—work, family, responsibilities all balanced with care. But beneath the surface, the load is piled high, growing heavier with each task, each worry, and each moment of self-sacrifice. She holds it all together, often with a smile, but the weight is undeniable. It's exhausting, even when no one else sees it.

But here’s where the story changes…

I’ve realised it’s time to lighten the load. I don’t have to carry everything by myself anymore. I’m ready to let go of what no longer serves me, to create space for something new, something that nourishes me instead of weighing me down.

Watch this space... something exciting is coming. This is part of my Metamorphic Journey, and I can’t wait to share it with you. Transformation is just around the corner—for me, and maybe for you too.

So, confession time—I've been stuck in the 'mumsy hat' for far too long. You know the one... it’s comfy, but it definitely doesn’t scream ‘self-care queen’! 👸🏼 I’ve decided it’s time to shake things up and reclaim a bit of me time (or at least whatever I can manage between snack requests and school runs). I’ve just partnered with a brand that offers some amazing products to help me feel a little healthier, a little more 'me'—and not just 'Muuuum!' on repeat. 🔈 Follow along as I attempt my own little metamorphosis, one day at a time. Where judgment, rejection, shame intertwine,
There lies a choice, a whispering voice,
A call to grace, in this space, to redefine.

When judged, be the solace, a sanctuary vast,
Where understanding blooms, shadows cast aside.
In the garden of acceptance, let rejection pass,
Be the embrace where wounded souls reside.

If shamed, let compassion be your name,

Hello, my dear followers! Luna here, reporting on today's grand adventure with my human big sister. We embarked on a journey filled with feathery friends, curious cats, and some rather questionable characters. I must say, the bird-watching was top-notch, although the cats seemed to have a different agenda.
In the midst of our expedition, we indulged in a delightful treat - ice cream! I savoured every lick of my frosty delight, and I think my sister enjoyed hers just as much. Nothing like a bit of ice cream to cool the paws, am I right?
Our adventure took an uphill turn, quite literally, as we ascended a hill. My sister and mum decided to play a game of hide and seek, leaving me to sniff them out. I must say, my detective skills are quite impressive.
The view from the top was worth every step, even if one of those steps landed me in a pile of cow poo. So much for my salon-fresh scent! But hey, a little cow pat never hurt anyone, right?
Now, I'm back at home, absolutely cream crackered. I'm taking a well-deserved rest, dreaming about the birds and the ice cream, and waiting for my other sisters to come home.

When the Rain Couldn't Dampen My Curiosity! 🌧️🐾

Luna, the adventurous golden retriever, always has a knack for finding herself in exciting situations. Even when the rain poured down during our walk, Luna remained undeterred in her quest for fun and discovery.

In this photo, you can see Luna, proudly sporting her muddy and wet coat, gazing off into the distance with an expression of intrigue. Perhaps she spotted a fellow furry friend, or maybe it's the mischievous charm of a feline companion that caught her attention. Luna adores cats, and despite her best intentions, she can't quite understand why some of them get a little skittish around her.

While Luna may not grasp the mysterious ways of our feline friends, her desire to be their buddy shines through. She wants nothing more than to extend a paw of friendship, even if the cats hiss and raise their hackles in response. Luna's big heart and gentle nature make her a true friend to all creatures, and she won't let a few scaredy-cat encounters dampen her spirit.

So, here she stands, muddy but proud, wet but undeterred, embodying the spirit of curiosity and goodwill. Luna reminds us that even in the face of a little rain and misunderstandings, our unwavering love and desire for connection can light up any moment.
