Job Description: Support Manager - Commercial Contract Cleaning Sector
Company/Dept: Green Machine SW Ltd – Operations Team
Reporting to: Operations Director
Job Type: Full time
Starting Salary: 32k to 34k per annum
Location: Devon area

This role offers fantastic progression prospects into a full time account/senior account manager for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the operations director/senior account managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.
Face to face interactions with customers and staff.
Staff inductions.
Reporting of poor quality of service.
Skills & Experience:
Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector
Customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.
Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites
Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed
You must be flexible to work as this is not a 9 to 5 position.
