🌧️ Above and beyond.... whatever the weather! 🌧️
Over the past few days, severe flooding across some of the rural areas we operate in put real strain on our Green Machine cleaning teams. Roads were cut off, conditions were tough, and getting people home safely became the priority.
That’s when our Operations Director, Darren Herrod, stepped in.
Thinking fast and acting faster, Darren quite literally commandeered a tractor to reach stranded team members, getting everyone out safe, warm, and looked after. 🚜💪
Because at Green Machine, we don’t just talk about values, we put them into practice everyday. We take care of our people and we make sure our clients continue to receive the service they deserve, no matter the conditions.
As Darren put it himself:
“Nothing GM can’t overcome to get the job done!”
