Michelangelo’s David took over 3 years to sculpt.

Before that, the marble block had been discarded by two other sculptors —
deemed too flawed to work with.

There was never anything wrong with the stone.

Sometimes it just hasn’t met the right hands yet.

This isn’t a sales pitch — just a bit of motivation for anyone who started January with the best of intentions, and found the first month harder than expected.

This is me.

Not just a before and after —
but the whole journey.

• I was morbidly obese (class III obesity).
• My GP told me I wouldn’t see 30 if I didn’t lose weight.
• I lost 182lbs.
• My story caught media attention.
• Life went a bit fu***ng crazy for a couple of years.
• I built a career helping others do the same.

Then Covid hit… and I gained most of it back.

Not because I didn’t know what to do.
Not because I stopped caring.

Life happened — and I had a choice to make.

So I did it again.

It all starts with a spark.

Meet Darryl. What a LEGEND 💪🏼

When Darryl first came to me, he was ready to get fit after his weight had crept up through working from home.

Despite eating fairly healthy main meals, Darryl was a snacker. Chocolate, crisps, bread and butter… like most people, he didn’t realise the damage those in between bits were doing.

A few simple tweaks were made, and he fully committed to the process.

Fast forward to now…

Even with holidays, life, and a few bouts of illness, Darryl has stayed consistent and built strong habits that are now part of who he is.

His goal?

To be fitter, healthier and properly enjoy his early retirement with energy, confidence and no limitations.

Goal achieved 🫡

From 39.9% body fat (obese range) to 25.7% and counting, this didn’t come from extremes, it came from showing up and doing the work.

Darryl says:
“It takes time, but keep pushing and results will come.”

Meet Jasmine.

This is Jasmine’s progress after 5 months of consistent training and doing what was asked of her.

No salads.
No fads.
No extremes.
Just turning up and putting the work in.

This is what happens when you commit and stay consistent. Sometimes it takes a little longer, sometimes a little less — it all depends on your starting point.

Watch out clients past, present, and future… this guy might just become the crowning jewel of my career 👀😂

Jaykob has been training with me for just 3 months.

He originally reached out after hitting a bit of a wall trying to get in shape on his own.

After a few conversations , and a bit of back and forth, he finally decided to take the leap and see what personal training could do for him.

And my god, are we both glad he did.

Every single session, this guy shows up and gives it absolutely everything he has. Even when he’s running on empty, he digs deep and finds another gear.

He also moans like f**k and refuses to train legs with me because he can’t walk when he does 😂

These progress photos? They’re a direct result of how closely he follows my guidance, how hard he trains, and how seriously he takes this process.

I genuinely haven’t met anyone (besides myself 😜) before with this level of drive and commitment — and he’s only 19.

Mark my words, his next progress update is going to blow your mind. I can already see where he’s heading, and it’s going to be something else.

Still not 100% there yet, but I’m SO proud of how far she’s come, especially with circumstances out of her control often making things more difficult than they need to be!!
