In my experience, Reiki is a loving energy transferred through the Reiki practitioner to promote self healing, relaxation, stress reduction and balance.

It is an amazing experience to receive this energy because it is rooted in the concepts of love and harmony.

It's been a busy week and it has been amazing to see everyone.

I can't thank everyone enough for the support and understanding you have all given me over the last few months as you know it hasn't been easy.

One more hospital app next week and hopefully everything will be back to 💯 after that.

Thank you again for keeping me busy over the next couple weeks also and it's amazing to catch up with you all.

Thanks for the understanding to the plumbing issue today to everyone that was affected.
