“As the weather cools down, it’s a great time to rethink how you set up your sleep environment for better recovery and performance. Here are some practical tips to help you prepare for those cooler nights:
1️⃣ **Warm Bedding**: Swapping in flannel sheets or a heavier duvet keeps your body warm without overheating. Aim for comfort without the weight that disrupts your movement during sleep.
2️⃣ **Room Temperature**: Cooler air encourages deeper sleep. Try adjusting your thermostat to around 60-67°F (15-19°C) — it’s a sweet spot for sleep quality.
