Why it works: Children spell love: T-I-M-E. Quality beats quantity, but presence beats performance. They don’t need you to be Pinterest-perfect. They need you to be present.

Want to help your child build healthy habits early on? Try these simple tips:-

1. Make movement fun – Turn exercise into games: races, treasure hunts, obstacle courses… anything that gets them giggling AND moving.

2. Mix it up – Rotate between indoor and outdoor activities so they never get bored.

3. Join in – Kids copy what they see! A 10-minute dance party or family walk goes a long way.

Bonus Tip: Choose activities that match your child’s personality—some kids prefer calm movement like yoga, others love energetic play. Both count.

Active play today builds healthier, happier adults tomorrow.
