Rosemary will Help us Remember

Rosemary helps release more of the major brain neurotransmitter acetylcholine, better enabling brain function, memory, concentration and more.

Additionally, it's rich in anti-inflammatory compounds and is a useful circulatory herb.

Why I am still in Love with Chamomile ❀

I can’t think of anything more perfect to ease the stomach and also keep us calm.

Chamomile works by stimulating digestive secretions and relaxing the muscles of the gut. Equally, it is hugely calming; almost sedative which makes it a good choice for headaches, general tension, or anxiety. (It is good for children as well as adults).

Bisabolol, one of the active constituents in the essential oil within the flowers is the main soothing, relaxing and anti-inflammatory element.

Whilst its apigenin content is able to bind to particular receptors in the brain that can help promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia.

2008 Study and Diabetes
A study found that chamomile tea might help prevent blood sugar from increasing, great news for diabetes complications and long-term outcomes.

The Types of Chamomile
There are in fact two species of chamomile in use, German and Roman. The German one (Chamomilla recutita) has a sweeter flavour and is, therefore, the preferred herbal tea choice, whilst the Roman Chamomile is more bitter and can be useful when strong nausea or vomiting is present as a tincture.

Some studies also reveal that chamomile contains chemicals that fight infections that can cause minor illnesses.
Try our Chamomile Tea you can drink between 3 and 4 cups daily: https://tinyurl.com/3ncm76rh

Caution: A small minority of people can have an allergic reaction to chamomile.
