Whether you're considering an appeal, gathering evidence, or just want to understand how it all works, this page breaks the process down into clear, supportive, and easy-to-follow information.

โœจ What youโ€™ll find on the new page:
โœ”๏ธ What the SEND Tribunal is
โœ”๏ธ Reasons you may appeal
โœ”๏ธ Key steps in the process
โœ”๏ธ Timescales you can expect
โœ”๏ธ Where to find support and guidance

๐Ÿ”— Explore the new page here: www.southtynesidesendiass.co.uk

We hope this helps families feel more informed, confident, and supported while navigating SEND decisions.

โœจ๏ธThere's still time to sign up to our FREE online parent groupโœจ๏ธ

This session will focus on helping your child get the sleep they need, led by Lindsey, an Autism and Anxiety Sleep Coach. Sleep can have such a huge impact on emotional wellbeing, and daily regulation - and many of the families we support tell us itโ€™s an area they struggle with.

This supportive session is designed to leave parents feeling reassured, informed, and better equipped with practical strategies that suit their child and family.

Weโ€™re continuing to build a range of parent-led workshops so families can access guidance, reassurance, and expert input in one supportive space ๐Ÿ’œ

If there is any professionals you'd like to hear from or topics you'd like covered - please let us know.
