Lindsay brings years of experience in mental health support, along with a holistic and psychological approach that’s tailored to you. She’s here to help bridge the gap with understanding, support, and tools to help you cope, especially while you’re waiting for formal treatment or diagnosis.

She’s in this Saturday from 10am to 3pm at Serenity, 110 Fowler Street, South Shields. Pop in for a free 15-minute chat, grab some guidance, or ask your questions. Support starts the moment you walk through the door.

What a truly special weekend we’ve had, guiding an incredible group through their Usui Reiki Level 1 and 2 training at Serenity Wellness Centre.

To our amazing students, we are so proud of each and every one of you. It has been an honour to watch you grow in confidence, connect deeply with your energy, and begin to embrace your own healing journey. This weekend was about more than just learning Reiki. It was about self-trust, transformation, and stepping into your true power.

The energy, support, and connection in the room was something we will both carry with us for a long time. You showed up with open hearts and minds, and you should be so proud of yourselves for the work you have done.

Thank you for allowing us to walk alongside you. We cannot wait to see where your Reiki path takes you next.
