Hi to my new followers, I'm Gemma or often known as Gem, here's a little bit about my story ❤️

✨ My Healing Journey ✨

For most of my life, I struggled with anxiety and never really felt like I fit in. I went through some difficult relationships, lost touch with who I was, and my self-love and worth slowly faded away.

Then I was diagnosed with sero positive rheumatoid arthritis and a vitamin D deficiency — it completely floored me. But something inside me said no, this isn’t how my story ends.

I started working on my mindset and joined a mediumship development group, which opened the door to something I never expected — my spiritual healing journey. 💫

I began to see how deeply our emotions are connected to our physical health. My flare-ups were definitely stress related, and once I understood that, mindfulness and energy healing became a huge part of my life.

Healing has changed everything for me — how I see myself, how I handle stress, how I connect with others. And now, my passion is helping others find that same light within themselves. 💖
