Services available throughout the event:

💪 Pre-race Kinesiology Taping – £5
(Price covers the entirety of the event)

👐 Post-racing Massage – £15
20-minute focused massage on one area of your choice

💷 Cash preferred in case phone signal is poor, but card payments can also be taken.

So many people ask why I chose to go into sports massage when I’m already juggling teaching, netball, and sailing. My answer is always the same: I tend to pick up plenty of injuries myself, and I want to understand how to treat them. I know firsthand how frustrating it feels not to be at 100% and how valuable that extra support can be in getting back to normal.

Recently, I found out that I’ve fully ruptured my ACL, have a meniscus tear, and a sprained MCL, so I’m especially invested in getting back to “normal” as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that’s not something I can do alone—I’m relying on my amazing therapist contacts to help me because I can’t treat myself. But I can help you.

So if you’re like me and need that helping hand to get back to normal, return to sport, or just keep you ticking over, please get in touch and we can discuss what treatment is right for you and what I can do to help.

My name is Claire and I’ve always had a love for the outdoors and all things about sport and being active. I am a PE teacher but am currently working in Inclusion and Welling.

In my spare time you’ll find me out walking my dogs, playing/coaching/umpiring netball, sailing or by the sea.

After years of picking up lots of injuries and finding athlete injury prevention and rehabilitation interesting I decided to take a step into the massage world and complete my Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Clinical massage. Since then I have gone on to do courses in Cupping therapy and am looking to extend my knowledge into MSK protocols, Sports taping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation. I am also qualified in First Aid.

My aim is to provide affordable massage to people within the comfort of their own homes whether that be to aid recovery, wellness or just for relaxation.
