One thing you will never feel in our clinic is rushed!

I was saddened to hear a recent clients experience elsewhere for an aesthetic treatment, where she reported sitting in a waiting room with other clients waiting for her B*tox appointment (first time she had it done) and she felt like she was on a conveyor belt as it was a "one in, one out" feeling. She was left feeling more anxious, felt her treatment was rushed, and felt she left without having all her questions answered, and felt it wasn't a very good experience. For a first time client that is the make or break appointment.

Thankfully we were able to restore her faith during a facial treatment in our clinic where she had her consultation first, her treatment and then a little time to decompress and ask any questions after.

Aesthetics and beauty treatments can be anxiety provoking for many clients and they need time, care, patience and reassurance. Not to mention meeting new people etc, give the client some space and time always. We are providing a safe space for them.

Our appointments are not rushed, we allow sufficient time in between clients for a chat, decompress for the client, ensure infection control is maintained, ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained.

We never allow clients to cross paths in the corridor every, as that is not very professional and not a very good experience for a client, as that conveyor belt feeling is not what we want anyone to feel.

Sometimes practitioners get so head set on having a "full day clinics" they forget it's about the overall experience for the client. Nothing worse than paying good money to someone who made you feel rushed, perplexed and not very valued.

Manny clients treatments are confidential and discreet to them, seeing your local shop manager in the waiting room of an "aesthetics clinic" straight after your treatment, is not what we want to be doing.
