Hi everyone I wanted to take the time to thank the people that have privately messaged me while I have been off it truely means the world to me I’m feeling in a better place then I was and will be offering a few appointments a week to get back into full swing.
I will also be doing wellbeing activities and craft sessions on a day time and a couple of nights a week.

I wanted to take a moment to let you all know how truly sorry I am for the delay in appointments at the Zen Den. The very last thing I ever want to do—especially while I’m in the early stages of building this business—is let any of you down, so I felt it was important to explain my reasons.

I spend so many of my sessions reminding others how important self-care is and how we must look after our own needs. Recently, I had to stop and reflect on that advice, because I realised I wasn’t following it myself. I love nothing more than helping others feel good, and that’s what kept me going for so long, but the truth is I was running on empty. I was giving so much to others while not being in a good place myself.

I’ve been dealing with a lot mentally and, physically, I had been putting off important examinations because I didn’t want to let anyone down. Eventually, it all reached a tipping point, and I knew I had to take a step back—for my own wellbeing, for my family, and for you all.

I truly hope you understand and that this doesn’t put you off returning when appointments open again. I promise I’ll be back as soon as I can. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding. I’m sending you all so much love from the bottom of my heart, and I hope you can understand why I had to make this difficult decision xx

I’m really sorry, but I’ve had to make the difficult decision to cancel all appointments until further notice. This hasn’t been easy at all, as the last thing I would want is to let anyone down.
