It’s sad that our garden can be a place so cherished by many but still suffers from acts of destruction when we are not in it. Seeing lots of children/adults come to our sessions & enjoying it, is what makes myself and Danielle continue to do what we love!
Here’s lots of happy faces from yesterday and today. Thanks for booking on and continuing to support us! 🫶 💚

🌿SAVE THE DATE POST🌿

We have two wonderful wellbeing events coming up that you do not want to miss thanks to funding from Bilton Hall Community Trust and the National Grid Network.

Each event will be a celebration, welcoming in the Spring Equinox - when day and night meet each other in perfect balance - and mother nature starts to proudly show off all of her beauty after her long and restful winter.

These events will hold space for people to reconnect to themselves through sound and energy healing, getting hands deep in nature and eating together in community. A springtime renewal and reset for the soul.

More details to follow - if you are interested please save the date in your diary and keep an eye out for our info and booking details 🌿

**We need your help**

We are in the last stages of applying for funding to kick start our Woodcraft for Wellbeing project and need your help to find out if this would be something that is needed in our community.

The project would be to run as a pilot programme where we invite the community in small groups to learn woodcraft skills, grounding techniques, therapeutic strategies and eat together round the campfire while soaking in nature and connecting together as a community. We will be helping sign post people to other support services too.

If we are successful with the funding bid we would be able to offer this fully funded programme to you all and record the impact that Mother Nature has to heal our nervous system and reset our mental health.

Hi! Just a little mention to say I’ll be posting out details of some LITTLE BUDS - Outdoor Playgroup February half time sessions and the first full term to follow, early next week! So please get in touch if you’re interested in booking after I’ve posted those!

This week we delivered our 5th year of wreath workshops with groups of students at st Wilfrids R.C College. These sessions are always a favourite and it’s great to create with the students and some of their teachers. Always an absolute pleasure to see some students again too. Lots of fun chatting and helping them make some beautiful festive wreaths! 🎄

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming our youngest ever member to our wreath making workshops! Little Meadow loved all the colours and textures and had a great time celebrating knee deep in nature with all of her grown ups! Such a beautiful afternoon and beautiful wreaths to don the doors! 🎄
