I was delighted to complete my course at The Mulberry Centre. I attended 2 course days in November 2024 and during the beginning months of 2025 I went on to work with 3 clients at different stages in their cancer care.
I am so appreciative to the clients who enabled me to develop my skills, knowledge and confidence while working with them. The feedback following the reflexology sessions was so positive and it was fantastic to observe the support reflexology gave my clients during this point in their care.

Thank you to my course tutor and my course colleagues for an amazing learning experience.

Christmas can be difficult for anyone, at any point in their life.

You might be struggling this year for the first time. Or you may have found Christmas difficult in the past, and you’re dreading it again this year.

You may also enjoy Christmas, but not be able to celebrate it how you’d like to. Or you might find some parts enjoyable, but other parts stressful.

Whatever you’re going through at this time of year, know that there is support out there and you do not need to face it alone.

Good quality sleep is important for our health and wellbeing. We can experience symptoms of decreased concentration, a reduction in our energy levels, a depleted immune response and mood swings if we are not getting enough sleep.

Several research studies have looked at the effectiveness of reflexology on our sleep. In all cases reflexology was found to make a positive difference to the subjects sleep.

Reflexology can effect us all differently, but if you are experiencing sleep issues why not give it a go 😊
