We believe that we can all benefit from some coaching to help find our way to a more fulfilled life and achieve a fuller inner happiness. We will always listen and value your thoughts and feelings, because you are the key to your finding your own happiness. We approach all coaching sessions with a structure based upon the assessment of your barriers. Together we discover what issues are stopping y
ou from achieving your goals more consistently. We then decide what you need to do to overcome those barriers. Armed with this knowledge we can help you gain the skills to not only set personal goals, but to actually achieve them. You will learn skills not just for today, but for the rest of your life. You will not only be able to help yourself, but also help others too. We will always evaluate what is working for you and also what is not. In that way you can make the changes needed to keep on succeeding. Paul:
I have worked in the mental health field helping individuals deal with a variety of problems for over 10 years. During my career I have gained a great deal of experience in talking therapies, utilising skills from both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I'm a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and was previously a practising Registered Mental Health Nurse. I'm also a father of 3 girls, a husband, a songwriter and a musician! Jacqueline:
Since completing a BSc Psychology degree in 2008, I have been supporting people with mental health issues in a variety of different professional settings and like Paul, I have also gained experience in CBT and DBT based techniques. Through my role as a Vocational Specialist, I have supported many people trying to achieve their vocational goals either after or during their mental health issues. This could be through supporting people to find and gain the right employment for them and helping them to devise a plan to stay well in work. I'm a step-mum to Paul's 3 girls, a wife and a groupie!
