The safety and health of our patients is our overriding priority. For clarity, we continue to treat patients subject to clinical assessment of risk, in order to address emergency need and prevent escalation or complication of conditions that, if left untreated, could require mainstream NHS services.

Our telephone advice is freely available and it is important that you speak to us in order to establish if treatment is necessary. If treatment is non-urgent we can book appointments for future dates, subject to review of Government advice and movement restrictions.

Judy and I are still working to look after the foot care of our patients. We are committed to this during this very difficult time. We are advising patients come to the clinic alone to ensure social distancing and asking everyone to wash their hands on entering the building. We are practising strict decontamination between each patient, as well as maintaining full PPE. We are advising anybody with any virus symptoms to stay at home, but please do call us on 07807 635112. In the meantime take very good care.

Tidy Feet are committed to the healthcare of our patients.

Podiatrists offer specialist foot care, often to people with serious underlying medical conditions. The advice to stay at home should not be treated lightly. However if you cannot delay treatment we are available.

Most importantly we are asking patients with any symptoms of Covid-19 to reschedule their appointments.

In addition to this we are also asking patients:
- not to arrive too early for appointments as a means of reducing overlap and reducing risk of exposure through social contact
- to wash their hands upon entering the clinic
- to avoid using cash payments where possible

We would like to reassure you that the hygiene in this clinic is exemplary. As standard practice all patient contact surfaces are decontaminated after every appointment. All equipment is scrubbed and sterilised prior to use. All contaminated waste and sharps waste are disposed of in accordance to the EU regulations. Staff adhere to high personal hygiene standards.
