Meditation at Beloved is £10 per session 🤍

But we want this space to be accessible to everyone, so we’re running it on a trust basis.

If you’re able to, please pay £10. If finances are tight, you’re welcome to pay £10 one week and £5 the following week for the weeks you attend on a rotating basis of £10 one week then week after £5 if that makes sense 😂

No need to explain — we trust you. The most important thing is creating a peaceful space where everyone feels welcome.

Every Tuesday – 7:30pm
Arrive 7:15–7:20 for a prompt start
Bring blankets, cushions and cosy clothes ✨

We’ve created this space because we’ve seen how many people are trying to navigate life, stress and emotions on their own… and it can feel overwhelming.

At Beloved, we truly believe in the power of coming together 🤍
There is something so special about collective energy, shared stillness and giving yourself permission to just be.

This is a safe, welcoming space for EVERYONE.
No religion, no pressure, no expectations… just calm, connection and self-love ✨

🕊️ starting TUESDAY 24/03 then every week
⏰ Arrive around 7:15pm for a 7:30pm prompt start
🚪 Once we begin, we won’t be able to let anyone in so we can protect the peaceful space (there will be a sign on the door, so please don’t knock 🤍)

🧘‍♀️ Bring blankets, eye masks, cosy clothes & yoga mats if you have them
(Chairs available if you prefer to sit)

There is honestly nothing better than hearing this reaction on the salon floor 🥹✨

All of us girls were smiling listening to the sheer joy in this client’s voice when she saw her hair… exactly what she asked for.
