Flow with Leon This page is a platform for helping those living in underserved communities access the healing potential of mind-body exercise.

Leon is a Physiotherapist and postgraduate researcher with expertise in musculoskeletal health and mind-body therapies. Holding a Bachelor’s in Sports Therapy and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, he has a decade of clinical experience, including a role as Lead Physiotherapist in New Zealand. Certified in yoga, qigong, somatics, pilates and acupuncture, Leon integrates these techniques into clinical practice. Receiving a full scholarship for a PhD at the University of Southampton, his research focuses on improving health outcomes for underserved populations through mind-body exercise.

🖤✨ YOUR VOICE MATTERS ✨🧡
Are you Black or Asian, aged 18+, and living with two or more long-term health conditions?
I'm inviting you to share your story as part of a research study exploring how physical activity can better support your health and well-being: physically, mentally, emotionally, and culturally.
What we’ll do:
🗣️ One-to-one interview (in-person or online)
🎁 You’ll receive a £25 supermarket or Amazon thank-you voucher
🌱 Help shape a more inclusive, empowering physical activity programme

Come and get your groove on as we smush yoga, qigong, dance and meditation into one two hour event.

Join us for Ecstatic Flow Dance, where we move through some yoga and qigong inspired flows, before dancing into the early evening hours.
