The 2025 theme is "Celebrating and Supporting Men and Boys." This day is a vital reminder to not only appreciate their contributions but also to shine a light on their well-being and the unique challenges they face.

Let’s remind every teen that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed or uncertain at times. You are not alone, and your feelings are valid. There is always someone who cares and resources to help. Whether it’s opening up to a trusted friend, teacher, or family member, taking that first step to talk can make a world of difference.

To parents, caregivers, educators, and peers: let’s listen more, judge less, and create safe spaces where teens feel heard and valued.
