Big shoutout to Rich! 💪
He got started with PROGRESS 165 and is steadily making his way through Phase 1 of the program
We’ve gone through the introduction to weight training, looked at his movement, and addressed any foundational instabilities, because just like a house, the foundations need to be solid before we start building.
Alongside that, we’ve been proactively working on his nutrition. And he’s come on leaps and bounds, realising exactly what his body needs, feeling the benefits and noticing how much clearer his mind is and how much more energy he has just from the changes we’ve made. 💡
And guess what? He still has time for a couple of drinks on the weekend.
Now that he’s on a progressive plan, he’s set up to stay consistent and turn this into a lifestyle that sticks. It’s been great working with someone who’s ready to push themselves and see what they’re capable of.
