Would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karol and his business "Physio star" for your injury/ sports massage needs.
I visited there today to receive treatment for a hip flexor problem. Karol did a thorough diagnostic, massage and exercises for me to help the healing process at home.
Both Karol and I are former David Sercombe clinic practitioners.
"Physio star" is based in Mountbatten retail park, Millbrook road east, near City and Shirley.

Cycling is a great form of exercise, even a gentle pedal in these autumnal days blows the cobwebs away!
Here's me three years ago on Cycle magazine having won a yellow Jersey.
I was nominated and won one as part of a national initiative to get people cycling again after overcoming obstacles in their lives.
