Hi there, I'm Laura and I joined the one2one diet in 2023 and achieved a total weight loss so far of 10 stone. In 2019 I had a gastric sleeve and lost 5 stone, in 2022 I unfortunately started to regain some of my weight as my eating habits when unchanged. So I decided to give the one2one diet a go in order to restart my weight loss journey and to help change my eating habits long term. I have now
