Our Story

Emma Norman has practiced massage for over 8 years. Starting her career doing relaxing treatments such as Swedish massage and hot stone therapy and then developing her skills to train in advanced massage techniques and Sports Massage. Emma works from home in St Denys, Southampton in a purpose built studio and also at Spring Chiropractic clinic in Portswood.

“I am passionate about the benefits of massage both from a physiogical perspective as well as the psychological. I believe massage should always have a relaxing element and always combine relaxing techniques with remedial ones to relieve pain and promote a sense of well being.”
