we should all respect our bodies and liver by eating clean 80% of the time....

Remember the liver is an incredible organ replenishing and clearing daily.....

🌻Our food supply has been slowly taken over by highly refined vegetable oils.

🌻Up until recently it's been hard to actually understand why these oils are so bad for us.

🌻A recent study suggests just that.

🌻These oils are highly unstable and form harmful chemicals when heated or cooked.

🌻Acrylamide is formed via heated vegetable oils. Another reason for cooking with tamari

🌻Polyunsaturated cooking oils have double bonds which are highly reactive when heated.

🌻They are processed with chemical solvents (hexane), steamers, neutralizers, de-waxers, bleach and deodorizers before they are bottled.

🌻If you read the label of any of these oils, you will find the quantities of carbohydrates, protein, fats, sodium etc. and their daily value percentage.

🌻The World Health Organization has previously stated that acrylamide exposure needs to be further studied due to its risk as a carcinogen.

🌻Other research has found acrylamide is a food process contaminant with carcinogenic and genotoxic properties.

🌻In the recent study, 100% of breastfeeding women in Spain found to have acrylamide, a known toxin, in urine--and thus likely to have it in breast milk as well, say study authors.

🌻In addition, its presence in the mothers can be transferred to their breastfeeding babies through the consumption of the breast milk.

🌻Though its relationship with cancer in humans has not been proven, several studies indicate that it may increase the mutation of healthy cells

One of the best ways to transition from the busyness of the day to a restful night?

💚 Creating a stress-free evening routine.
Here’s my step-by-step guide to creating a soothing evening routine that works for you:

✅ Set a Consistent Schedule
Aim to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends. Consistency helps regulate your body’s internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed.

✅ Create a Wind-Down Period
Allocate 30 to 60 minutes before bed as your wind-down period. Use this time to signal to your body that it’s time to transition into relaxation (e.g turn off bright lights and screens).

✅ Prepare for the Next Day
Take a few moments to prepare for the following day. This could involve laying out your clothes, making a to-do list, or prepping breakfast.

✅ Establish a Calming Ritual
Incorporate calming rituals into your routine such as taking a warm bath or shower, or using essential oils like lavender or chamomile in a diffuser.

✅Practice Gratitude
Before bed, take a moment to reflect on the day. Write down three things you’re grateful for or positive experiences you had.

✅ Create a Comfortable Sleep Environment
