I am not perfect...and I not shy about that.

I need to regulate as I have gotten overwhelmed.

So..cue cheeky escape to the shoreline, sat in the carpark watching the sea come in...with my new crochet project listening to
podcast.

I had foegottn this is where the youngsters meet to 'do cars'..quite a social place.

So..middle aged woman armed with crochet and a kebab chilling ..slightly out of place...but who cares...it is funny though!!

Curious...what is your way to reset??

The video has some lovely asmr of beach waves happening.

17/05/2026

So..what do you do when you need to reset?

16/05/2026

The brain is responsible from filtering out so much stimulus- sound, pain, sensations, feelings,...all of the senses.

We don't always realise the stimulus are there..until they are not.

Occasionally though..the signals get jammed, for whatever reason, and we expereince heightened senses or mis-signals that become repetitive.

Often requiring a reset but that is not always available or known how to do that.

Working with 'all' of you, hypnotherapy can support your reset at a subconscoous level.

If you would like to diecover more as to how this might work for you...my dm's are open.

"A light has been lit up inside of you, in a dark room"

This is the feedback a clients partner gave her this morning. He has noticed a huge change in how she is.

Of course the client has felt the change too but it is always great for our nearest people to notice the difference.

If you would like to explore lighting you own personal light with hypnotherapy..you are more than welcome to DM or have a nosey on the website.

It can be difficult to track progress when the changes are quiet ones. It might be as subtle as a response that didn't quite reach its usual intensity.
Maybe something that passed more quickly.
Or even a situation that didn't take over the way it used to.

These are real changes, they just don't always announce themselves at the time.

If you look back though, you will notice these changes.

Survival can lead to generating habits that keep you going..until they don't. Possibly toxic ones..depending on your perception.

I caught myself in this loop and hadn't really had time to think about it. Until my partner pointed it out.

What I had done is try to patch my symptoms up with meds, hrt, supplements, food management- starch free diet, reflexology, massage, hypnotherapy, insoles, the newest something that I had researched. I have sunk so much money in order to keep functioning...often money I just didn't have; but it's for my health right?

Often as a reflex to my condition, often to keep striving...pretending everything was ok..I can do this.

Yes..I did do it...for what though?

My body has produced more symptoms...

But all I really needed to do is:
1. Recognise my patterns
2. Listen...actually listen to my body
3. Use the variey of tools

Am I going to be cured..nope, but I sure as hell going to manage my symptoms so much better, in my own time.

I have also picked up some extremely powerful tools and knowledge along the way.

Good days are the trap.

You feel better… so you do more. Push further. Override the signals. Ignore the limits that were already there. You crash.
Lets label this ..inconsistency, which it is not. It's actually a cycle.

It keeps people stuck for years because the “good days” convince you nothing is wrong.

Break that pattern before it becomes your identity.

I recorded something to interrupt it at the root, the part of you that equates momentum with safety and rest with failure. This is a short hypnosis recording designed to help interrupt that pattern ,to bring you back into a calmer baseline, and create space between the urge to push and the point where you override yourself.

It won’t fix everything. But it can change the state that keeps the loop running.

If you’re done repeating the loop, the hypnosis recording is in the link in bio.

Fear and pain are not a happy marriage.

Fear feeds into pain often amplifying the pain, the body is trying to protect you so it amplifies it further.

So..you can see the downward spiral that life may take.

Where does hypnotherapy come in..breaks that loop and permits you to 'accept' (not the right word fully) your pain which then actually turns down the pain signals down.

Hypnotherapy also helps you to build the internal resources, the joy, to help you manage the pain.

The opposite of pain is joy...you can have both at the same time.

This isn’t a knowledge problem.
You’ve already figured it out.

But you’re still stuck.

Because knowing isn’t the same as changing. Your patterns don’t live in your thinking, they live underneath it.

That’s the layer that has to change. Understanding is useful, but what actually matters is working with the subconscious layer if change is what you want.
