Oh my gosh!!!!!!! 6 weeks into her training programme and my client is getting jaw dropping results and deserves a massive shout out!! đ€© sheâs KILLING it and I couldnât be prouder of her hard work and dedication!!

What weâve done:
1) Entered a calorie deficit while ensuring BALANCE! No foods are off limits, sheâs celebrated her birthday during this time, eaten out with family and friends and still eating carbs & chocolate.
2) Focusing on high PROTEIN - to ensure she feels fuller for longer, and importantly this is helping her recover from her workouts and helping her to build muscle at the same time as dropping body fat.
3) 3 strength training workouts per week. Not endless cardio sessions leading to exhaustion, but sustainable progressive overload to ensure that she builds muscle while dropping body fat - this is what is giving her body shape and more âtone.â
You canât achieve long term results with extreme restriction and dieting alone. This is where rebound fat gain happens and often loss of muscle mass, which is damaging to metabolic health.
