As we move through the beautiful blooming energy of mid-spring and life begins to feel fuller and more active, this is your invitation to slow down… and take a moment just for you.

Join me for a deeply calming evening of rest, gentle release and nervous system support through sound.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you ground and arrive, before being immersed in a sound journey with crystal bowls and soothing instruments~ inviting you to soften, unwind and drop into deeper stillness.

Afterwards, there’ll be time for gentle grounding, and you’re very welcome to stay for a herbal tea and connect with like-minded souls 🤍

An evening to step out of the noise of daily life and into deep rest.

As we move into the expansive energy of spring, this session offers space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

⟡ We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help the body soften and the mind settle, before being immersed in a carefully held sound journey. A blend of instruments will support you in unwinding, with time to fully rest into the resonance of crystal singing bowls.

Sound works gently yet deeply with the body, supporting a shift out of stress and into more restful, parasympathetic states, where true restoration and repair can begin.

This is a space to lie down, switch off, and be supported.

⟡ Reiki energy will be softly offered throughout for those who wish to receive.

⟡ We’ll close the evening slowly, with time to ground and reconnect over a cup of herbal tea.

The slow, natural exhale after the bright months, now deepening into mid-autumn.

A time of falling away, taking stock, and gently settling into the darker months ahead.

Autumn reminds us that letting go can be intentional and supportive. Releasing what no longer serves, appreciating what we’ve gathered, and carrying forward what truly matters.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative evening of sound, Reiki energy, and crystal healing- an experience designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and bring balance to your whole being.

The evening will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle, connect to your breath, and set an intention for your session.

As you rest, I’ll weave sounds through the space- each instrument infused with Reiki energy to bring balance and harmony. The vibrations move through the body like ripples, easing tension, quieting busy thoughts, and inviting deep stillness.

As the crystal singing bowls resonate, their pure tones help clear and realign your energy, creating a sense of lightness and calm from within.

For this special session, I’m delighted to welcome guest practitioner .woven.rose who will be offering crystal healing, intuitively working with selected crystals to gently balance and restore each guest’s energy field.

We’ll close slowly, giving time to ground, and gently return- with herbal tea and space to connect or simply rest in the peaceful energy- allowing you to leave feeling centred and replenished.

A glimpse into last night’s private Cacao & Womb Healing Ceremony held at lovely & cosy 🌿❤️

It was an honour to hold this sacred space- sharing cacao, gathering with intention, and allowing whatever needed to unfold to do so.

This song was woven into our journey, and it feels special to share it here.

I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember, and it’s always been a big part of me and my personal journey. Yet since becoming a mother, I’ve mostly kept my voice to myself. Life changed, my relationship with music shifted, and somewhere along the way, I stopped sharing it out loud with others.

But last night, with a gentle nudge from Mama Cacao, I was reminded of how powerful it is to simply sing- without expectation, just for the joy of it, and in the company of others.

Singing alongside my dear friend Heidi, weaving her beautiful harmonies, felt like a homecoming. My guitar playing is a little rusty, but the feeling was there- and I’m inspired to step back into sharing my voice again.

Grateful for the medicine of cacao, for the healing that unfolds in these spaces, and for the journey of returning to what I love.
