A beautiful reminder 💕

Last night Kim and I had the pleasure of speaking about stress & the positive impact that Reiki can have on the nervous system.

We demonstrated energy and the impacted different external stressors can have on our bodies.

We were blessed to be joined by our client, Reiki student and now dear friend Jessica, who shared her story about healing from terminal stage 4 Bowel cancer.

Prior to her diagnosis Jessica was a skeptic regarding different holistic therapies, but when she received her devastating diagnosis, she became open to trying anything to help her heal.

Jessica used a combination of positive visualisation and Reiki to heal herself. 2 years on she is Cancer free, thriving and sharing her gift of Reiki with others. Thank you Jessica 💜

This retreat has been created with love and kindness.
It is perfect for any age group and ability.
Although we offer yoga it is not the main purpose, you can choose to opt out and take a little longer in bed or take a walk along the beach or maybe a morning swim.
We want to offer you relaxation at its best, we want you to nurture and draw out the real you, the one that has been buried under many layers of caring for others and managing the day to day complexities of life.
Come with a friend or solo, you will never feel alone 💜

As you will know, Bosom Pals Southend Support Group is a charity and, as such, we are reliant on donations to fund lovely events, such as last October’s Afternoon Tea at Lise Lou’s, group days out such as the exhilarating O2 Climb last July, and our upcoming Mama Mia - The Party group event. 🎪

On Wednesday evening we met up with the lovely Kim & Kelly, from Art of Wellbeing who attended our meeting last October. Recently, in conjunction with the Sisters of Sacred Sound, they held a Reiki Sharing Evening, raising an amazing £175.00, which they have generously donated to Bosom Pals Southend. This money will go towards arranging even more exciting events for you, our members. 🫶🏼

Kim & Kelly will be our special guests at our meeting on Wednesday 17 July. So, for those of you who weren’t able to have chat with them at our very busy meeting last October, this will be your chance to ask any questions you have about Reiki and all the other wonderful, holistic & wellness therapies Art of Wellbeing provides. 🤍

Keep an eye on the group over the coming days, as Kim & Kelly have proposd a lovely offer for our members, which we will be sharing with you in due course. ⏰
