Carol Moss is the UK's oldest first responder, still saving lives at the age of 88.
Carol has been volunteering with the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust for nearly 24 years. She has been nominated for a Pride of Britain Award for her inspirational work with the community.
“It gives you a purpose in life,” Carol says of her work.

Remember to stay hydrated 💧

Here are 5 tips for staying hydrated:
1. Drink before you're thirsty:
Don't wait until you feel parched to drink water. Sip water steadily throughout the day to maintain a good hydration level.
2. Carry a reusable water bottle:
Having a bottle with you makes it easier to drink water whenever you need it.
3. Set reminders:
Use a water app or set alarms to remind you to drink water regularly.
4. Consider electrolyte drinks during exercise:
If you're sweating a lot, electrolyte drinks can help replace lost fluids and minerals.
5. Eat water-rich foods:
Watermelon, cucumber, and other fruits and vegetables can contribute to your daily fluid intake.
