As I continue to fully hold our time together at The Bay over these coming months, I’d like to gently share a little glimpse of what’s quietly taking shape behind the scenes for our new Temple Space. 🌿

This isn’t a “leaving” energy for me — it’s a slow, intentional weaving of the next chapter, while I continue to show up wholeheartedly for the one we’re still in.

Both matter to me deeply. 🪶

You’ll soon start to see some gentle changes around here as we step into a new season together.

This Summer, myself & Hudson complete our chapter at The Bay Wellbeing Sanctuary, as the heart of The Wellness Studios evolves with us — shedding its skin & opening into a new era for this community.

As I prepare to close the physical doors of the studio I’ve built & loved, I wish the walls well in whatever their next chapter may hold, & I begin to warmly welcome you into our new Earth-Held Temple Space 🌿✨🌞

You’ll find me in my 40s on the land, in the air, amongst the trees & positioning my body to get every possible ray of sunshine in my eyes. 🌞

I trust unwaveringly the next phase of this journey for this long standing community & although naturally not all of you will feel the call to join me- you are welcome to.
