My name is Ben, clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and I offer a calm, confidential, and supportive space locally where you can talk things through at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.

I provide talking therapy and hypnotherapy to support with anxiety, stress, low mood, overthinking, confidence, habits, life changes, relationship difficulties, and feeling like you’re not yourself. My aim is to help you feel more understood, supported, and in control.

Hypnotherapy can also help gently work with the subconscious mind to encourage relaxation, reduce anxiety, and support positive change.
