NATIONAL SIMPLICITY DAY
In this day we want to talk about one simple yet hard practice: meditation 🙏🏻
This is a great way to boost your health, improve your mood, feel more connected & centred.
But it can be difficult to approach it at the beginning & it’s normal to feel frustrated wanting to quit 🤯
Here some tips to help you feel more comfortable & hopefully making it an habit!
* No expectations, everyday is different, just make the most of it
* Choose a time & try to stick to it
* Find a nice place where you feel comfortable & relaxed
* Start with deep breaths to calm the body & clear the mind
* Find a position you can hold, so no movements are going to distract you
* Be kind to yourself, some days will be great & some other will be hard, embrace it, thank yourself for finding the time 💕
