New Year, New Me!!! I do this to myself every year and spend the holiday 'lull' making crazy plans to entirely re-invent myself in a few days time😂 Really enjoyed and got some good ideas from this Calm article in terms of how a softer approach might be more beneficial and bring about change that is both enjoyable and long lasting ❤️

World Menopause Day was yesterday, with the theme of 'Lifestyle Medicine' ie exploring how simple lifestyle practices can support health and well-being during menopause. As a child, teenager and young adult, I don't ever recall any of my relatives mentioning their menopausal journey, although as a family we loved to immerse ourselves in pregnancy and all things baby related. Let's make menopause visible💕

September's well and truly here! I am such a massive fan of Rachel Hollis, and am constantly dipping back into her books on my Audible account for inspiration. Loved finding this in my Facebook feed this morning, it was just what I needed as I started to set my intentions for the day ahead and whilst the rest of my household slept on😊 For myself I am adding in to the mix (after passing this quote on a quest for coffee, gifted by a dear friend, and which holds pride of place in our kitchen), Mother Teresa's words, "do small things with great love" ❤️
