🌿 My Story & Why I Do This
If I’m honest… I don’t think I could ever feel fully satisfied in life if I wasn’t doing this — helping women feel strong, capable, and confident again. 🤍
I know what it’s like to feel stuck on the wrong path, surrounded by the wrong people, and not living in alignment with your true values. But I also know the power of the right support. Feeling strong through exercise changed my path and helped me start living a life that was actually right for me 💫 (and I’m still on that journey…).
My journey has always been about understanding the connection between mind and body — how movement can shift our mood, and how mindset shapes everything we do. I studied Sport Psychology (BSc) at Loughborough, completed my Masters in Talking Therapies (MSc), and became a Mental Health Exercise & Health Coach because I wanted to understand not just how we move, but why we sometimes stop.
Over the years, I’ve seen so many women — myself included — lose that sense of connection, drive, or confidence. We push through, we try harder, but deep down, we just want to feel like ourselves again. But how do we even get there if we’ve never been taught? To find our true, authentic selves… and f**k the rest 😏
People who know me will usually find me outside walking, when I’m not juggling 10,000 things (ADHD trait 😉). Movement, nature, and reflection are my anchors — and I bring that into my coaching too.
That’s why I do this work. Helping another woman rebuild her body, mood, and mindset isn’t just “fitness coaching” — it’s empowerment. And there’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone step back into their strength 💪
