“With a heavy heart, we share the news of John Charles Connibeer’s passing.

A private crematorium service for close friends and family will be held at Glynn Valley Crematorium. This will be followed by a wake on Wednesday, 25th March at the Welcome Home Inn, Par, from 12:00pm, where all are welcome to join us in remembering his life.

On March 15th 2026, Ivy peacefully passed away in the loving care of Mount Edgcumbe Hospice. Ivy aged 84 years of St Austell. Loving and devoted wife of Carl, dearly loved Mum of Julie, Lynne and Helen, dear Mother-in-law of Neil, much loved Nanna of Lee, Luke and Oscar and to her Great Grandchildren Newton and Otis.

Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, 7th April, 11.30am at Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin. Family flowers only, but donations if desired for Cornwall Hospice Care (Mt Edgcumbe) by the donation box at the service.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Terry, aged 75 years, of St Austell, on Thursday 26th February 2026. Terry passed away peacefully at home after courageously fighting Parkinson’s Disease. He leaves behind his devoted wife Liz, beloved children Richard and Neil, daughter in law’s Sarah and Shona. A cherished grandfather to Caitlin, Lucy, Frankie, Ellie, Harlin and Sonny.
Terry will be fondly remembered by his two nieces and his extended family and friends.
