Today we’re delighted to celebrate the graduation of our second Registered Manager Development Programme cohort.

This programme reflects our ongoing commitment to developing confident, capable, and values-driven leaders who are ready to make a real difference. Completing it takes dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for high-quality care – and our graduates have demonstrated all of this and more.

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to Smart Working Revolution for facilitating and leading the programme. Their expertise, insight, and support have been instrumental in its success.

We’re incredibly proud of everything our graduates have achieved and excited to see how they’ll continue to grow, lead, and inspire their teams and the people they support.

Wishing this absolutely lovely lady the happiest of 100th birthdays! 🎉🎂 What an incredible milestone to celebrate. She was truly chuffed to bits to receive her special birthday card from the King, which made the day even more memorable.

Our wonderful Kate has officially retired as of 3pm today, and our hearts are full and a little broken all at once. 🥹

From the very bottom of our hearts — on behalf of the staff, residents, and families — thank you. You have given so much of yourself to Wentworth over the years: your kindness, dedication, laughter, and unwavering care.

The impact you’ve had on so many lives is immeasurable, and this place truly won’t feel the same without you.

You will be deeply missed, but we are so happy for you as you step into this well-earned next chapter. Please keep in touch — this is not goodbye, just see you soon.
