Hi,
We are looking for an extra pair of hands to help out on our building works, will be labouring and helping out all the trades on site.

This opportunity could lead to learning a trade or a potential apprenticeship in the future.

The job will start as part time but could go full time depending on the work ethic and ability of the person.

A recent bathroom upgrade in a renovation project.
By incorporating a pocket door system, where the door slides into the wall, it really opens up a small bathroom!
Also a change of layout, all new tiles, sanitary ware, new units and a new mirror to bring the bathroom up to a top quality finish.

The Garden House - Rock.

Our biggest job to date.

We added and 8m x 1.5m extension on to the rear of the existing bungalow and added large steel works ready for the glazed gable panels.
We the cut the new roof into the existing opening up the once small kitchen area into a spacious lounge with the kitchen at one end.

Then we updated all the bathrooms, bedrooms, utility and storage cupboards! Bring a dated bungalow up to modern high end finishes.

Finally we added a large patio to the rear and leveled the garden and seeded it with grass seed!

This property is a a lot bigger than it looks and has a total of:
4 x Bedrooms
3 x En- suite bathrooms
1 x Main bathroom
1x Toilet
1 x Utility
3 x Storage cupborads
1 x Large lounge
1 x Kitchen

A revisit to an extension we completed a couple years ago.

A timber framed extension with a warm roof and a large roof lantern.
2 large steels installed to take existing roof structure enabling the existing external wall to be removed to open the room up into a beautiful open plan kitchen.

Customer supplied their own kitchen & fitter, tiler and painting, which we were happy to work alongside.

Before and Afters of a refurbishment in Newquay.

The plan was to extend the bedroom and add a en-suite.

We Installed a steel beam and knocked down the wall dividing the old entrance and bedroom. This then enabled the bedroom to be extended and an en-suite bathroom to be added making use of what used to be the entrance hallway. Behind the ensuite we added a walk in cupboard.
We also added a set of French doors, a bathroom window and changed the old front door in to a bedroom window.
Finally we installed a Velux suntunel to bring natural light into a dark hallway!

Customer undertook their own painting and some external works.
Customer supplied en-suite bathroom contractor.
