Workshop 5 today
Program design and preparation for assessments which are our next workshop 💪🏻✅

And we also had guest speaker Adam from delivering a presentation on:

📈RMR testing

📈VO2 testing

Premium testing data for a premium academy education!
We discussed as a group the benefits of each as a PT & for our clients and how it enables us to remove guess work and devise precise calories for nutrition plans and training zones to 🚀our clients progression!

No other students will get this level of education on a L 2/3 course ‼️

Luke’s qualification and knowledge is helping him in his own career path to become a professional rugby league player.

Luke now intends to work as a PT around his commitments with Saints to help other young players on their journey for a scholarship.
