Hello lovelies! It’s been so cold lately and this January weather can be tough on your skin. So here’s some easy tips to keep it looking and feeling its best 🙏 ➡️

Moisturise: Keep your skin hydrated by moisturising regularly. It’s like a big drink of water for your skin

Use a humidifier: This helps to add moisture back into the air which is exactly what it needs after being out in the dry!

Avoid hot showers and baths: As tempting ad a super hot shower can be, it actually drys out your skin! Cold showers have great benefits including better circulation and firming your skin!

Exfoliate: Exfoliating removes dead skins cells to help promote a brighter complexion.

Use SPF: Don’t forget sunscreen! It’s important to protect your skin from rays all year round, don’t be fooled by the clouds.

Bonus tip: Give yourself a pamper with a relaxing massage! 😉The perfect way to de-stress and give your skin some extra love!

Happy Tuesday everyone! As we enter a new week I thought Id share some best practices to help you prepare for your appointment.

✨ Getting Ready for Your Massage ✨

💆‍♀️ To ensure you get the most out of your massage and have the most relaxing experience possible, here are a few tips to prepare:

Remove Makeup: Clean skin allows for better product absorption and deeper tissue work. But don’t worry if you forget I can remove it

Silence Your Phone: 📵 Put your phone on silent or airplane mode to fully disconnect and unwind.

Light Meal: Avoid eating a large meal 90 minutes before your appointment. Your body needs time to digest

Hydration: Drink plenty of water after your massage to flush out toxins.

Communicate: Let me know about any prior injuries, allergies, or areas of concern. Also, let me know your preferred massage pressure – light, medium, or firm. And it’s okay to change your mind throughout the massage!

Breathe Deeply: Remember to breathe deeply and consciously throughout the session.

Book Ahead: For optimal results, consider booking a series of massage sessions to address your specific needs.

I'm super passionate about helping people feel good, and I'm excited to share a little bit about myself and what I do. I'm originally from Thailand, and I'm proud to bring a little piece of my home country to my practice. 🇹🇭

I'm a qualified massage therapist, with all the certificates and training you'd expect. But for me, massage is more than just a technique – it's about understanding the body and how it moves. I've spent years learning, not just in classrooms, but also by watching, teaching, and helping people from all walks of life.
