Our skin is a major part of our immune system offering frontline defense against physical, cellular and chemical impact. One of the ways in which we can support it to be as effective as possible, is to moisturise it regularly. We tend to moisturise our face, hands and body, but often neglect our feet. Why not start including your feet into your moisturising routine - it is important not to moisturise between your toes as this is an already moist area and could cause problems for your skin. Using a Urea based cream for your feet can be very beneficial as it draws moisture into the skin and helps to get rid of dead skin cells.
