Spring awakening 🌷
Week 1 - I am safe
This week, when you notice yourself feeling afraid because of the story you’re telling yourself, take three deep breaths and repeat as many times as necessary, “I am safe. I am loved.”
For those of us whose fear stems from reliving the past and being afraid it will repeat itself, it is nice way to calm the thoughts coming in.
When we realise we are privileged to live where we are and we are not in constant physical or emotional danger.
This is not true for many people here at home and also around the world, so taking a moment of gratitude for where we are right now.
