This year has been filled with connection, learning, growth, and so many meaningful conversations from first aid sessions to pre- and post-natal support. It truly means the world to be trusted during such precious moments in your journey ❤️

💫 Thoughts are with those effected 💫

I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank all the emergency services and staff who acted swiftly to care for those injured and to protect others. Your dedication in the most devastating circumstances does not go unnoticed.

My thoughts are with the families of those affected, the injured, and everyone who witnessed or was impacted by this heartbreaking event that occured last night on the train, that stopped at Huntingdon station. I hope each and every one of you receives the support and care you need during this incredibly difficult time.

We stand together in compassion.

This evening at 7pm, we join families around the world in lighting a candle for the Wave of Light in memory of all the babies who were gone too soon 🤍

Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, tonight we pause to remember, reflect, and honour the little lives that touched our hearts forever.

I’ve had quite a few First Aid requests this past month, and I couldn’t be happier! 🩹💛
I’m so passionate about empowering people with the confidence to act in an emergency because knowing what to do can truly make all the difference.

As a certified First Aid Instructor, I offer essential, hands-on training to help you save a baby or child’s life. My sessions cover:
