In-person Mindfulness drop-in - last few spaces remaining!

You are warmly invited to attend my next in-person drop-in session being held on Thursday 29th January at Little Paxton Hub from 7.30pm - 8.30pm.

We will be doing some simple mindfulness practices in a friendly, supportive environment. All are welcome to attend!

If you’re considering adding a little more space and self-care into your life this year, mindfulness can be a gentle place to start.

I’m offering a FREE first online mindfulness drop-in for people who are new to Flow Mindfulness.


📅 Thursday 8 January

⏰ 7–8pm

📍 Online via Zoom


This will be a warm, supportive practice session where you can join from the comfort of your own home.

There is:

• no expectation to speak

• no need to have your camera on

• no obligation to book anything afterwards

I’m a fully qualified Breathworks mindfulness teacher, and the session will include guided practices such as breathing meditations, body scans, gentle mindful movement and compassion practices.
