If you’re considering adding a little more space and self-care into your life this year, mindfulness can be a gentle place to start.
I’m offering a FREE first online mindfulness drop-in for people who are new to Flow Mindfulness.

📍 Online via Zoom
This will be a warm, supportive practice session where you can join from the comfort of your own home.
There is:
• no expectation to speak
• no need to have your camera on
• no obligation to book anything afterwards
I’m a fully qualified Breathworks mindfulness teacher, and the session will include guided practices such as breathing meditations, body scans, gentle mindful movement and compassion practices.
